Can you compile more php extension?

I see WampServer2.0h has alot of php extension in the set up file.
WampServer2.0h can be found at
[sourceforge.net]


can you put those in the extension in the future package?

I was hoping the developers to compile more extensions in their future packages.
I dont mean i will just copy the older version to the newer version.

I myself found an APC/Memcache extension for 5.3.4 somewhere on the internet. Now i am only looking for php_oauth, but therefor i need to run 5.3.6.
