Can connect via localhost but not from WAN

Hi all,

My wampserver works fine over my local network but it just won't serve pages over WAN.

I have set up my router to forward port 8082 to my PC. I have changed httpd.conf. The relevant sections say:

Listen 192.168.1.3:8082
Listen [::0]:8082

ServerName 192.168.1.3:8082

My public ip is 118.208.26.192 at the moment, but when I type 118.208.26.192:8082 into chrome it says "This web page not available."

A port-checking tool (canyouseeme.org) shows that port 8082 is open.

I am stumped by this problem. Can anyone tell me any diagnostics I can use to further analyse it?

and for due diligence, here are my answers to the stickied thread:

1-Windows 7 32 bit
2-Wamp 2.5 32 bit
3-Apache 2.4.9
4-PHP 5.5.12
5-mySQL 5.6.17
6-wamp is green
7-127.0.0.1 localhost
8-I have access to localhost homepage
9-I have access to phpMyAdmin

Quick question first, why have you changed the port number Apache uses to 8082?

Where does your web site code live, i.e. what folder?

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
(Windows 10 Pro 64bit) (Wampserver 3.3.4 64bit) Aestan Tray Menu 3.2.5.4
<Apache versions MULTIPE> <PHP versions MULTIPLE> <MySQL Versions MULTIPLE>
<MariaDB versions MULTIPLE> <phpMyAdmin versions MULTIPLE> <MySQL Workbench 8.0.23>

Read The Manuals Apache -- MySQL -- PHP -- phpMyAdmin
Get your Apache/MySQL/mariaDB/PHP ADDONs here from the WAMPServer alternate Repo

80 is used by the router's homepage and 8080 and 8081 didn't forward on canyouseeme.org for some reason.

Considering getting a new modem/router just to help diagnose the problem :/

SOLVED! Buying a new router/modem was the way to go. Port 8080 and 8081 still don't work, I suspect my ISP blocks them for some reason.
