WampServer

Hi Guys, can someone please help me with the followig issue;

I was running WAMP Server on vista OK. I then decide to upgrade my operating system to Windows 7. I tried to re-install WAMP Server but kept having problems running it. I unistalled and re-installed WAMP several times but have not been able to get it to work. Now I have the following error pop up whennever I try to run it.

Exception Exception in module wampmanager.exe at 000F15AO
Could not execute run action:

I've tried both the 32 and 64 versions of WAMP but still get the same problem. My install is a standard install. Nothing unusual about it.
