Resolve a connection between iis7 and wamp

Any thanks for all the help, i resolve my first part of getting the localhost connected.
1 Go to start, type cmd.exe, right click on the program and run as admin
2 on the blinking cursor, type iisreset -stop, then enter
3 wait for the result, then close the windows.
4 start your localhost again on the browser, you should see the wamp installed
