WampServer

I can connect to my WAMP server through my LAN and locally but when ever i get my friend to connect it doesn't find it. I'm using dyndns and every thing is updated. i have given him the port the server is on and it is forward i have no idea what is going on. i am also able to connect to my ftp server using the same address different port.
