How do I install PEAR offline?

First, congratulation on the newest release.
I'd like to try PEAR but my problem is that my machine doesn't have internet connection. That's why I can't use go-pear.bat in order to install PEAR on WAMPServer. Every article I search and read were for online machine.
Do you have any successful attempt to install PEAR on WAMPServer?
