Cannot preview local sites in browser

I just downloaded and installed the latest version of 64 bit wamp today.
It appeared to install properly at c://wamp and wampserver home page comes up on localhost.
I moved my website folder into wamp/www/ and configured DW5 to find the site in that location.
When I try to preview the php pages of my site locally in my browsers they cannot find the page.
Any suggestions please?
