need some help on wamp server

i can connect now to view the homepage, but how do i edit my forum from another computer that is not the server?
i currently have a server set up on one computer with WAMP, and i can see the homepage but errors occur after i try to login, specifically it says that google cannot load this page
running latest version of wamp
