How to send mail formusing mail() in wampserver through te localhost

i use mail() to send mail.but it didn't work.when i install wamp i insert my e-mail address to SMTP configuration window that appear in last.is that would be a problem.?

help me....

U need a separate mail server. Just setting are just in case you have one
