Upgrade to PHP 5.3.2

I need a good link or clear step by step instructions on how to upgrade PHP to version 5.3.2 (will settle on 5.3.1) on Wamp Server. I believe that there is a topic on this forum on just how to do that however I cannot find it. Please reply.

php 5.3.2 addon is not built yet

Thank you very much Steven. I was not aware of a self-extracting self-setting executable PHP upgrade for Wamp Server. This was very easy to do.

I run this downloaded file, instalation goes very easy (no options) but nothing was changed in terms of upgrade, phpinfo() still show old PHP version (5.2.1)
