Hi all,

I downloaded and extracted the latest 64bit zip version of MySQL from mysql.com.

The MySQL5.1.52-64bit folder has a few more folders than the 5.1.51 folder install with wamp.

Should i delete the extra folders?

I downloaded (mysql-noinstall-5.1.52-winx64.zip) from mysql.com.

Everything appears to work, i was just wondering about the extra folders.

5.1.51 has the following folders:
bin
data
share

5.1.52 has the following folders:
bin
data
share
+
Docs
Embedded
include
lib
mysql-test
scripts
sql-bench

Great thanks.

BTW, are any of them used or useful in database development?
