WampServer

Guys, I need help! I was messing with some settings on my server and changed something that screwed up my ability to access the phpmyadmin panel. As a means of trying to recover, I uninstalled wamp and then re-installed it, but I still cannot get into the phpmyadmin panel. It now brings me to a 403 Forbidden screen. What have I screwed up this time? Is there anything that y'all can suggest to remedy this problem?
