WampServer stopped....half yelllow

Hi all
Wamp server was working fine...and then today stopped. When I activate it the icon remains half (or a bit more) in yellow. If I click on "LocalHost" I get a blanck page.......pages on the server cannot be read from other localfiles.........
I havent installed anything new......any ideas where to start looking for the problem ???

Skype maybe open?
Disable skype using port 80
