WampServer

Hi all, i'm using a Microsoft 4000 keyboard that has 5 quick access keys that you can use to assign to applications. I am currently playing around a lot with httpd.conf and server configs and i'd like to know if theres a way to use a commandline option on the wamp.exe that i can hotkey which causes the server to restart..
