While trying to send am email I am getting this error: Warning: mail() [function.mail]: Failed to connect to mailserver at "localhost" port 25, verify your "SMTP" and "smtp_port" setting in php.ini or use ini_set()

I have setup smtp server set up in my local machine. I have done the modification in php.ini file but getting the same error.

Any idea how to fix it?
