How to reach web in intranet?

Hello all,
Story is not so far so let me describe the situation:
I have installed Windows XP on Virtual Base in VMware Server and it is logged into domain "xxx.local" and has assigned IP by DHCP but it is reserved so it is not changing.

Im running the Wamp fully so the MySQL over the PHPmyadmi is possible to edit , and the localhost is avaible aslo.

I would like to reach the index.hml or index.php from another PC in intranet where all the PC are also in the same domain.

Im using this way: 192.168.100.206:8080 but not working, without port on the end also not works and the hostname also not works.. any settings? thanks

So I need to tell you that I have installed the wamp on virtual base VMware server and maybe some forwarding is needed, so on physical pc it is working... so virtual space needs some configuration... thanks
