WampServer

I have installed, uninstalled, and reinstalled WampServer many times, and still get the same error message: the program can't start because MSVCR110.dll is iong from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem. What am I doing wrong? Is WampServer incompatible with my computer? or System?
I have Windows 7.
