WampServer

Hello.

I've installed all versions from 2.1 to 2.5 and even Wamp_1.7.4, but get error following error when attempting to put Wamp online. I had an old version of Wamp installed beforehand, but had to install an updated version due to Joomla 3 giving browsers errors re: insufficient version of PHP. The server is Windows 2003

Please advise.

"Could not execute menu (internal error) [Exception] Could not perform service action: The service has not been started"

WampServr 2.5 will not tun on a Windows 2003 as the required Microsoft C/C++ runtime library will not install on Windows 2003.

However all previous version should work

It sounds like you do not have one of the required C/C++ runtime librabies, please read this and make sure you have all the required libraries installed, except the 2012 version of course.
