500 internal error straight after install at localhost

Hi I have install this on my home computer with no worries all looks good. Just installed this on my work computer and when I click on local host it brings up a 500 internal error. This must be the installation on the work computer going wrong? .... is there any ideas where to start to work out where I have gone wrong? could it be a conflict? I have 2 profiles on my windows computer down at work however i am the admin - could this be an issue? I don't have any profiles on my home computer.....Also phpmyadmim isn't showing, with a 404 error... any ideas would be much appreciated,

Fixed it, turned out to be microsft iis 5.1 ... deleted it - works!
