error on every php file

Hi, I get this error on every php file I try to open:

Warning: Unknown: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in Unknown on line 0

Fatal error: Unknown: Failed opening required 'C:/wamp/www/index.php' (include_path='.;C:\php5\pear') in Unknown on line 0

I had php5 installed, but I uninstalled it by now.

find and remove php.ini outside wamp folder, its registry as well
