MySQL 5.0.24 and MySQL 5.0.36

I have a joomla site hosted on ISP that uses MySQL 5.0.24a. For security created on my local machine a copy of my site, but I'm using WAMP with MySQL 5.0.36. I'm trying to export my database to my local site and I received an error trying to import the table.
I need to know if there is any problem when I export my bank which is in MySQL version 5.0.24a for import into MySQL version 5.0.36.
