How do I update Existing Install

How do I update an existing WAMP server install that is running a couple web applications and has some mysql data? Is there a step-by-step how-to available?

the best way is install the addon, so if it doesnt work as expected, you can simply switch back winking smiley

through Addons menu on the top of this forums and pick the version(s) you want to upgrade, but make sure it's compatible as shown here
