Wamp Server issue

Hi,
We are running Windows 2003 with SP2.
Recently, we started having issues where sites hosted on wampserver is not accessble.
It loads the initial webpage. but when we try accessing Joomla or Drupal CMS sites, it shows Page not found error message.
There are number of error messages, one of them is wampapache service was terminated with service-specific error 1 (0x1).
IIS is disabled
Apache 2.2.8 is listening on Port 80
Tried re-installing Wamp Server.
Nothing worked.
Pl help!
