I can't install php in my computer

I want to install php in my laptop, when I am installing wamp sends the following message PHP Startup: Unable to load dynamic library 'c/wamp/bin/php/php5.5.12/ext/php_intl.dll' - %1 no es una aplicación Win32 valida. WHAT CAN I DO, PLEASE?

This is not a serious issue.
All you need to do is this, using the wampmanager menus :-
wampmanager -> Apache -> Version -> {a version number}
Just click on the version number menu item, and it will re-create the SYMLINKS in the Apache folder and restart Apache.

wampmanager is the program that creates the 'W' icon in your system tray. It is part of WAMPServer.
