"MSVCR110.dll" file missing problem

when i tried to setup WAMPSERVER 2 in my new PC
in the last Step it show me this Message


[im51.gulfup.com]

i don't know what is this file and how to add/install it
and does it matter in the OS or not ?

Hi all,

Please read this post. Basically you need to install the RunTime library that is required to run code compiled with the Microsoft compiler V2012.
