Running WampServer under standard domain user

we are trying to run wampserver on some of our machines under standard user ( without admin credentials)
, users cannot be in local administrators group or domain admins but wampmanager needs elevated privileges in order to run.
we tried giving the services credential or using task scheduler but no chance
i would be really happy if anyone can help us
we are using Active Directory , our DC is runnig on windows server 2008 R2
our clients are running on windows 7 64 bit
