"WampServer’s functionalities are very complete and easy to use so we won’t explain here how to use them...."

How arrogant. I can't believe a site would even say that. And no links to help docs or info -- wamp total fail.

To be honest the WAMPServer bit is quite self explanitory.

What you need is the Documentation for Apache and MySQL and PHP. These are all documented on their own sites so there would be no point in duplicating it here. ( See my signature for links to all the relevant sites )

WAMPServer is basically just a way of installing Apache MySQL and PHP in a pre-configured way that should just install and run, to help those beginners that cannot do the configuration themselves. You do however have to know, or be prepared to learn Apache MySQL and PHP

<Apache versions MULTIPE> <PHP versions MULTIPLE> <MySQL Versions MULTIPLE>
<MariaDB versions MULTIPLE> <phpMyAdmin versions MULTIPLE> <MySQL Workbench 8.0.23>

Read The Manuals Apache -- MySQL -- PHP -- phpMyAdmin
Get your Apache/MySQL/mariaDB/PHP ADDONs here from the WAMPServer alternate Repo
