android phone to connect to xampp database

Version of Operating system : windows 2008
Version of Wamp Server version: 5.5.36 - MySQL Community Server (GPL)
Version of Apache 2.4.9 (Win32) OpenSSL/0.9.8y
Version of PHP 5.4.27
colour of WampManager icon is Orange
i can connect to the xampp localhost database with andoird emulator,but when I try it with the real device,it is not connecting.Is there any way to connect my android device to the localhost xampp database .

Are you really running XAMPP and WAMPServer on the same PC?
