Custom Error Page

I would like to make a custom error page when something on my server is not found but I do not know how to do this or if it is even possible.

You can do this by editing your httpd.conf in your Apache/conf folder. Do a search (CTRL+F) for ErrorDocument. It gives examples on how to do exactly this.
