WampServer

Good day to everyone, i would like to ask some help with my problems about using wampserver in networking.
here it goes....
i'm doing a project in school and it is payroll with dtr which is HTML based and it is not available in the web, instead im trying to run it locally. the dtr will handle the log-in and log-out of the employees through their id-number and password. after logging-in and out, it will be recorded in the payroll portal(other computer) and can be viewed all data of the employees in the payroll portal... it would be easy for me if the dtr and payroll portal is available in the same computer, but now it involves networking... how can i solve this problem?
