How to enable Zend Multibyte Support?

Is there a way to enable Zend Multibyte Support when installing WampServer?
I've googled, but all the ways are for FAMP or LAMP, and use "--enable-zend-multibyte" before installing PHP. How do I suppose to do that with WampServer?
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
