WampServer

How do i get PHP tp run? just installed a freash copy of wampserver but can´t get wordpress to install i keep getting a error message that says:

Error: PHP is not running

WordPress requires that your web server is running PHP. Your server does not have PHP installed, or PHP is turned off.

Then something odd has happened during the install.

Please answer these questions READ THIS BEFORE YOU ASK A QUESTION

i have read that and it doesn´t help...

i have windows 7 64 bit
i installed wampserver 64 bits...


never had problems with this before installing wampserver but now something is wrong and it doesn´t work...

can somebody please tell me whats wrong and to get PHP running on my wampserver?

There were more questions than that, please answer ALL THE QUESTIONS

Version of Operating system? - 32 or 64bit?

Version of Wamp Server you installed? - and was it 32 or 64bit.

Version of Apache you are running?

Version of MySQL you are running?

Version of PHP you are running?


Also check that you have all the required Microsoft VC Runtime libraries noted here [forum.wampserver.com] I suggest that you install the 32bit AND 64bit libraries.



Also what do you mean you have never had problems with this before

Have you got another Apache or MySQL installed on your system?

i have both the 32 and 64 libraires and the version of my php, apache and mysqlis what i get when i install the 64 -bit version of wampserver...do i need to istall them speratly to?
