Restoring privilegies in phpMyAdmin

Hi ppl,I'm new here,and this is probably redeculous question,but I will ask it newer the same.
I eccsendatly removed all privilegies from my root@localhost user,and now can't exes my databasis from phpMyAdmin panel.Anyone know's how I can restore tham,tryed few things,but nothing seems to work...
