Mysqld startup options / configure mysql with SSL support

I'm trying to configure my mysql server with SSL support so I can make all remote mysql connections secure. There is a wonderful tutorial avaiable about that on mysql.com:

[dev.mysql.com]

However, what I do not know is how I can change the startup options for het mysqld-nt.exe. In the above tutorial it is stated that I should start the deamon with several --ssl-ca etc. options.

Where Should I add these parameters? Directly in the service manager of windows, or will this break the wampserver installation?
