I am new to performing video related tasks through PHP on a server. Through hours of research and forum reading, MEncoder, MPlayer, FFMpeg, FLVTool2, are the tools used to manipulate video and enable a "YouTube" clone if you will.
Apparently, installing these tools in Windows is a bit of a bear, and I have been completely unsuccessful so far. The current error Apache is throwing when I tried to setup FFMpeg is that the build version does not match the build version of Apache. I have not yet attempted to install the other tools, only FFMpeg, but I was hopig someone had some advice on getting these tools setup in WAMP running on Windows Server 2008 (32bit).
