Advice about WAMP on SBS 2008 64bit

A client is about to migrate their servers to Windows SBS 2008 64 bit. Can anyone help me with a few questions:

1. Will WAMP work on this platform - 64 bit and in particular SBS2008?
2. Anything to be aware of?
