WampServer

I have wampserver 2.0i installed and when phpmyadmin 3.2.0.1 loads the main (right) panel is loaded and it takes 30-45 seconds for the left panel(database list) to load.
I cleared the logs and same result.
i have search here for the answer and came up short.

Windows 7 32bit
4 gigs ram intel 8400 cpu core 2

I figured this out Kaspersky Anti Virus when disabled phpmyadmin screams but when active is very slow.
anyone else experience this?
How do i keep kaspersky and return phpmyadmin back to normal?
If i uninstall kaspersky and install Avast 5 free will it have the same problem?

Uninstalled Kaspersky and installed avast free same problem with Antivirus protecting phpmyadmin loads database list and functions of export and import of databases are slow if its disabled mysql phpmyadmin is supper fast

you should set exception for mysql w/ port 3306 in all firewalls/antivirus

I excluded the directory mysql inside of wamp and it seems to have worked.
C:\wamp\bin\mysql\mysql5.1.36\*
