Help, Code 2 error durning Wamp download

I am a newbie and trying to download Wamp on my Windows laptop. Before the download is done I get the following error message.
Unable to execture file, c:\wamp\wampmanager.exe, Shell ExecuteEx failed; Code 2.
The system cannot find the specified file

Thanks for your help; the Wamp software is now installed. However I have another problem, now when I double click on the Wamp icon or try other ways to open the file, it will not open. Nothing happens.

left click for main menu, right click for secondary menu and double click for credit
