Could not execute menu item (internal error)

[Exception] Could not perform bult-in action: No service has been opened yet!

With addon MySQL version 5.0.37 I get this error.

How to fix it?

localhost still loads though.

I switch to Apache 1.3.41 and then I lose localhost access.

I am trying to mimic my shared hosting web server which has

PHP 5.2.6
MySQL 5.0.22
Apache 1.3.41
