WampServer

hello dear admin...
wamp server is not working properly it showing start error. & it's not running to any web browser please let me know how to solve this problem or other requirements
the Error is.....


could not execute menu item (internal error)
could not perform service action , the service has not been started

And make sure you have all the required C/C++ runtime libraries installed.
