wampserver 301 redirect

i've enabled the rewrite module and put a standard 301 redirect htaccess file in the root of my web application

its not redirecting non-www to www though.

what gives?

did you have both on your system? actually, let me rephrase it, did you setup both www and non-www in dns and vh?

to setup access, follow this
[blog.jlbn.net]

to setup vh, follow this
[blog.jlbn.net]

to setup dns, follow this
[blog.jlbn.net]
