Wamp server 2 change port 80

Hi newbi here..... I can not use port 80 as my isp has it blocked for its own use...is it possible to change the port 80 config in wamp server to another port pls

through wamp tray icon, open file httpd.conf and find:
listen 80
Change to:
listen 8181
from now, you have to use 'http://localhost:8181'

listen 8181
