WampServer

Okay. I turned on my computer and accessed localhost. But I didn't.

I got the following error:
"The connection was reset"

WAMP gives no errors, 127.0.0.1 works.

All my computers with wamp on them... on the same day (today) got their "localhost" removed/corrupted.

I have no clue what would cause this... because i dont mess with anything like that.

Also don't say its "another program that uses port 80" because that has nothing to do with it... and port 80 is being used by WAMP's apache.

So feel free to reply... I'll be playing with my computers till i figure this out

okay i've fixed it.
Not sure how "hosts" went wrong but...

"C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts"
had 2 localhost (s) defined

so i simply deleted the wrong definition.
