Using WAMP with NuSphere PhpEd

Ever since installing NuSphere PhpEd phpMyAdmin no longer can open database files. According to NuSphere's forums, WAMP has a post about this but I can't find it by searching. Please direct me to the appropriate information on how to get WAMP and NuSphere PhpEd to work together.
