Unable to put server online

I just installed Wampserver and when I chose the option 'Put Online', I got an error message saying:

'Could not execute menu item (internal error) [Exception] Could not perform service action: The service has not been started'

Would appreciate any help to resolve this issue!

Make sure all your services are started first then put the whole server online

Thanks sikuneh...

When I restarted wampserver, the icon in the taskbar became white. I can get into phpmyadmin.

Before that I could not...
