WAMP5 1.6.5 error - URGENT

Dear Members,
I have installed WAMP5 1.6.5 (Windows platform) and running through our internet site. Our Library website is running through this server. Last one year it was running smoothly. Now a days sometime the error like "Under Construction" is displaying on the browser. But when we restart the server it start running well only for few hours after that the same problem we are facing.
Can any one please guide me how solve the problem permanently.

uninstall IIS

if running well for few hours then have error "under construction", you should check your script for error, especially redirect section

Can you please tell me where is redirect section? any other suggestion please suggest soon.
