WAMP Slow

Hello

I've been running WAMP for quite awhile now, it runs fast.

I decided to clean my computer of unwanted junk.

Since then, WAMP has been running extremely slow.

What I mean is anything to do with it, its slow. If I access localhost, it can take up to a minute for it to load.
Sometimes it even times out.

Now I went to extremes and uninstalled and deleted everything. And reinstalled WAMP.
Its still slow, accessing anything like phpmyadmin or a simple html file.

I restarted it, reran it, did everything to try to run it at its full speed again.

I even went on Google and found something on IPv6 and disabled it. Still no go.

Please, if anyone has experience with this and can help, It will be a great help to me, as I am building my cms and need to finish it asap.

Thank you.
-John

Edit:
Forgot to add:
Sometimes, like 1 in every 200th time, it loads the page fast and them it starts the slowness again...
I am running Windows Vista 32-Bit RAM 4 GB HDD: 160 GB. Internet: Very Fast (Get around 2.5 MB/s DL)
