Localhost doesn't open in any browser

Hello, someone might have already asked this question before, but I could not find anything here. So let me this.

I installed WampServer. After that, nothing happened. I can't open locahost in browsers. I get an error message, "the link appears to be broken."" Can someone help me?

I am using Windows Vista.

make sure no other program conflict wamp such as iis, skype, zonealarm, firewall/antivirus, nod32, eset, any web related program ...

to setup wamp, follow this

THANK YOU!! It was Skype that was causing the problem. I did not know about it, but after you pointed out, I read stuff and figured it out. It is working fine now. Thank you very much!!
