Wamp icon dont open menu

After reinstalling wamp (after doing some IIS installing and uninstalling) I cant open the wamp menu on the task bar. It shows up but no left or right clicking opens any menu. What to do ??

(I also cant start the server but more on that later...)

to run a web server, any web server including wamp, you have to log in your pc as admin w/ full privilege

I`m logged in as adm. WS just doesnt work.

make sure no other program conflict wamp such as iis, skype, zonealarm, firewall/antivirus, nod32, eset, any web related program ...

Silly question I know but how do I find out ?

(I dont have iis, skype or any of the other things installed and firewall is set to unblock WS)
