Wamp Menu

All,

The older versions of WAMP, using the wampserver.ini, one could modify the menu to:

bring up localhost apps,
add an edit session for the wampmanager.ini file,
add an edit session for phpmyadmin config file config.inc.php,
add a folder with the help manuals for php and mysql,
etc.

Under the new version, using wampmanager.ini, I've tried editing the file to add these items, with no success.

Is there a help manual on this, or some HOWTO, or who has knowledge that will let me do this successfully?
